All services are provided on-site at a location agreed upon with the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is unsafe or unsuitable (e.g., poor weather, no space, or limited access).

Quotes & Payments

• All quotes are based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon physical inspection.

• Full payment is required upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and approved mobile payment options.

4. 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. 

Guarantee & Liability

• We aim to complete all work to a professional standard. Repairs are guaranteed for [e.g., 12 months] against peeling, fading, or cracking under normal use.

• Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, further collisions, or use of abrasive chemicals.

• Technicolour Smart Repair is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from services rendered.

We use advanced paint-matching systems to achieve the closest possible match. However, due to age, fading, and other factors, a 100% match may not always be possible on older vehicles.

Customer Responsibilities

• You must provide a safe, accessible working area (e.g., driveway or parking space).

• You must disclose any previous repair attempts or known issues with the vehicle in the repair area.
